If you choose not to cook in your own kitchen, our flexible dining program features exceptional cuisine served in each of our on-site restaurants.  Private dining is also available and guests are welcome for an additional fee.

Your monthly fee at Atlantic Shores also includes utilities, housekeeping and flat laundry service, 24-hour security and emergency response, scheduled transportation, maintenance of all building exteriors, common areas, landscaping and grounds.

As an Atlantic Shores resident, you will also have the opportunity to choose from a variety of social events and activities, and use of any of our recreational amenities, including: the fitness center with indoor swimming pool and spa, the multi-court tennis center, shuffleboard courts, putting green, horseshoe pit, card room, billiards table, library, art studio and woodworking shop, walking paths, resident gardens, and outdoor barbecue and picnic areas.

For added convenience, other on-site services and amenities are available to residents on a fee-for-service basis.  They include our full-service beauty/barber shop, bank branch, guest accommodations and flexible health care services.
